    Description

      Problem

      In the Users tab in Bitbucket Server, there are no filter options. More specifically, there is no easy way to show what users count against licenses.

      Workaround

      Use the plugin described here to get those users.

      Possible Solution

      Create a filter to filter out users without Global Permissions.
