      Problem Definition

      As an Admin I would like to change the Base URL via a property in bitbucket.properties

      Suggested Solution

      Add a property such as "server.baseURL" to the bitbucket properties which overrides the UI

      Why this is important

      For changing the Base URL while the server is offline

      Workaround

      Start Bitbucket Server and change the URL through the UI
