Switching back and forth quickly between the diff and overview tabs in a PR breaks the revision picker

Switching from the pull request diff tab to the overview tab and quickly back to the diff tab cause the revision picker to be non-functional.

Refreshing the page or slowly switching to the overview tab and back fixes the problem.
