Users which are leaving the company do allways blocking a license.

In our company we have ~5000 users which are working with Bitbucket DC. These users are managed within a group.
So only the members of this groups are synchronized. But we see if on user is leave the group or the company (means deleted in AD) the user reserves a license.

This is not fair, because the user is not longer active inside of Bitbucket.

My proposal will be that a configured time is used to delete inactive users.
e.g. If a user was not logged in the last two month, that it license is not longer locked.
