When searching for branches/tags from the dropdown menu, prioritise exact matches

For example, in some of our repositories, we have a lot of branches, which makes selecting a specific branch from the list awkward.

For example, when I search for a branch named "STAGE", the menu lists:

• TICKET-123-STAGE
• STAGE-Some_Feature
• Add_extra_stage_to_process
• STAGE

As far as I am aware, this list is sorted in order of which branch was committed to most recently.

However, given that there is an exact match in that list, it would make sense for this to be put at the top of the list. The rest of the ordering can remain unchanged.
