Summary
When quickly jumping between files with the J and K keyboard shortcuts, the UI will get stuck in some kind of loop and never load.
CPU rises to 100% for the tab's process and it has to be killed.
Environment

- Mac OS 10.11.6
- Chrome 58.0.3029.110
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a pull request with multiple files
- Mash j then k rapidly
Expected Results
The UI remains responsive
Actual Results
The UI does not remain responsive.
Workaround
Work more slowly.
