Summary
The stop-bitbucket.bat file is missing from the installation folder so if the application isn't installed as a service then there is no way to stop the application gracefully.

Steps to Reproduce
- Download the Windows installer
- Install Bitbucket Server 5.0.1
Expected Results
stop-bitbucket.bat exists in the folder <Bitbucket Server installation folder>\bin.
Actual Results
No such file exists:

Workaround
Install as a service and use the service manager to start/stop Bitbucket Server.
