    Description

      Problem Definition

      With Bitbucket Server 5.0.0, there is no longer a catalina.properties file to pass arguments to Tomcat.

      Suggested Solution

      With tomcat configuration moving to the bitbucket.properties file, we would like to move outbound proxy configuration there as well to have a singular location for configurations and overrides.
