Add ability to run bundled ElasticSearch foreground

      The startup `start-search.sh` script of the bundled elasticsearch with Bitbucket cannot be set to run elasticsearch in the foreground without modifying the script.

      The ability to run `start-search.sh` blocking in the foreground would make containerising the app easier.
