JIRA Issue IDs not linked in commits table on Compare/Create Pull Request page

      Summary

When creating a pull request, JIRA Issue IDs are not linked to the corresponding issues in the JIRA instance

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Push a commit with a JIRA Issue ID in the commit message to a branch
      2. Start to create a pull request from that branch to another branch - view the branch selection screen

      Expected Results

      • JIRA Issue IDs in the commit comments will be linked to the corresponding JIRA issues.

      Actual Results

      • The JIRA Issue IDs are displayed as plain text

      Notes

Prior to the UI update, the pull request preview had a separate column showing the links to JIRA issues for each commit.
