      Problem Definition

      When a user/reviewer changes the destination branch in an open pull request, the change is not mentioned in the PR activity.

      Suggested Solution

      Display the destination branch change on the PR activity.

      Why this is important

      This is good to have as the team may want a record of this sort of change on the PR. If changing reviewers results in a line item why wouldn't changing the destination branch .
