      Summary

      When visiting the "Application Links" administration screen for the first time, the onboarding dialog is squashed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start Bitbucket
      2. Visit Application Links admin UI at /plugins/servlet/applinks/listApplicationLinks

      Expected Results

      The onboarding dialog is shown.

      Actual Results

      The onboarding dialog is shown, but squashed.

      Workaround

      None.
