Show search indexing progress to administrators

Problem Definition

Debug logging must be enabled before the "completed indexing" message is captured in the logs.

Admins should have a way to determine when this work is done so that they know when their disk is safe without enabling debug logging.

Suggested Solution

• Add these messages to the [INFO] thread
• Also include the number of repositories completely indexed eg. "completed indexing 77 of 6123"
