Merge button and merge veto UI not updated when adding self as a reviewer.

      Problem

      I have the setting "Requires all reviewers to approve a pull request" turned on and the UI is not updated when a user adds themselves as a reviewer.

      Expectation

      I expect that when a reviewer adds themselves to a pull request the mergeability of the pull request is re-evaluated and that when the "all reviewers must approve" rule is on the UI disables the merge button or show me a reason why the pull request can not be merged.

      Actual result

      When "all reviewers must approve" option is on and a user adds themselves, the UI is not updated.

      Note

      While the UI is not updated, when a merge is attempted the server will still verify that the pull request is mergeable and block if necessary.
