Sometimes I’d like to let someone know about a Bitbucket Pull Request without making them a reviewer (i.e. not holding up integration for their review). I’d like them to be able to find the PR from their Stash “My pull requests” button (i.e. have tabs for Reviewing, Created and Copied).
