Syntax highlighting parses issue links inside code block

    Description

      I put a comment with this inline code block `123…ABC-123`, which supposed to be a string. However, I got ABC-123 part of it to be converted to a link (it seems to match JIRA issue code regex). I believe the correct behaviour would be not to use this regex inside code blocks.
