    Description

Atlassian status as of July 2020

      Hi,

Good news! Starting from Bitbucket Data Center 7.3 you can find AuthenticationFailureEvent and SshAuthenticationFailure in the Audit log. These events contain information about the user and time of a restricted access attempt. The events will be raised if the coverage level of Security is set to Advanced. For more information, please read Audit log docs.

      Original message
I have a branch setup to only allow push requests from certain users all other users have to use a pull request. I was trying to find out why my Bamboo push was being denied from Bitbucket by viewing an audit log of the denied push but I could not find one.

It would be nice to see a log of the denial that the server issued based on security. I would think this would be extended to all security events being logged so we can watch-out for malicious activity on the repository.
