Hi. My product is going to import repositories from a Bitbucket Server account using API with OAuth authentication on JIRA Cloud. But I don't like that every customer needs to configure my app as Application Link and configure key pair: http://take.ms/6RvK7 I would like to make authentication process more simple for our customers.

Currently, when user connects a Bitbucket Server account to JIRA Cloud they only need to provide a Bitbucket Server URL. Then Application Links are created automatically on both sides. When making a the connection between JIRA Cloud and Bitbucket Server, the user does not need to insert a public key himself. Applications communicate to each other.

I would like to be able to leverage a similar simplified flow for my Bitbucket Server plugin.
