Add Project/Repo name to the Bitbucket pull request screen

    Description

      It has been pointed out to me that if you unfold the left bar using the button on the Bottom left of the screen you can see it, under the little picture of a crate.

      But that's not discoverable. I didn't even know those buttons were expandable.
      It makes sense to me to have it next to the branch name.
      The project name It's certainly as important as the branch name, the name of the tool "bitbucket". It also affords the opportunity to link to project level actions such as cloning.

      In many of the pages on Bitbucket, it's visible as, e.g.:
      Core OS / MLKit
      But for some reason not the pull request screen.
