Currently if you leave a comment in a pull request, it shows at the top of the overview that someone made a comment, which is great.  However, if someone replies to that comment, and a thread starts on a line of code, that thread is left at it's original position in the overview.  It would help to bring the thread to the top any-time a new message is sent.
