Deleting comment dialog should follow focus and cancel when enter is pressed

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add a comment
      2. Click the delete button (notice cancel is highlighted)
      3. Press enter

      Expected: delete is cancelled (because "Cancel" is focused)

      Actual: comment gets deleted (delete action)
