Dashboard is empty when the preferred language is set to Japanese

Repro steps

1. Set Bitbucket Server preferred language to Japanese
2. Open Dashboard

Actual results

An empty page is displayed and there are errors in the developer console.

Notes

• Other languages are displaying dashboard without any issue.
