Description
As a system administrator of Bitbucket over many many different groups in a Bitbucket server instance, I would like to be able to mitigate the risk of any one project getting too large and taking up all the storage for the instance so that development
for other projects and groups can continue to work even if one group uses up their space/quota.
We would like to have this configuration at the project level that has a default value (same as today) but is configurable by sys admin (or even the project admin) to change the base location for the repos of that project. Whatever makes sense from there (like
symbolic links or database entries) is fine as long as the storage for some projects can be segmented as necessary.
