AMPS 6.2.4 introduced some new functionality which started Elasticsearch in-process when Bitbucket was started up with AMPS. This new code is unable to resolve the Maven project when using a setup other than the Atlassian Internal settings.xml file in the ~/.m2 folder.

We are seeing plugin devs who have upgraded are unable to start BBS with AMPS 6.2.4
