Update help links from Search to ensure they are correct

      Summary

      If a search in Bitbucket server contains no results a page is showed containing a link to learn more about our advanced features.

      Problem

      The link points to a non-existing page.

      Case one:

      Some of the help links in Bitbucket Search point to "go.atlassian.com" short links, these should be replaced with proper documentation links.

      Case two:

      One link points to http://docs.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/docs-048/help.search.guide?utm_campaign=in-app-help&utm_medium=in-app-help&utm_source=stash
      and when followed gives a Page Not Found result:

      Suggested Resolution

      These links should be replaced with proper documentation links.

      In addition, help links should be double checked to ensure they are relevant and correct.

            I got a link that was pointing to onelogin from Bitbucket error page (resulting from no search results), this support ticket has more information
