Mirror registration hangs if Mirror Name is too long

      I tried to set up a mirror with the name "Tetaumatawhakatangihangakoauaotamateaurehaeaturipukapihimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuaakitanarahu Mirror", and it stayed stuck indefinitely on "Attempting to contact ..."
