Create Jira trigger for NeedsWork State for Pull request

      At present we have Bitbucket server partly controlling workflow in Jira. However there is no trigger when a pull request is marked 'NEEDS WORK' by a reviewer. We request a trigger when this occurs so that an issue in jira can be transitioned from our Code review state back to our Needs more work state.

            When Pull request gets "Needs work" there should be such trigger in Jira workflows.

            We have "In Progress" and "Code Review" two separate statuses. When pull request created, it triggers transition "In Progress" to "Code review". But if it is set as "Needs work", developers need to transition issue by hand, what is little bit funny, because work is done in "In Progress" status, why there is no such trigger in list?

            what I did here is implementing a script using Bitbucket api to check if the PR is marked as `needs work`, and, with Jira api I add a label to the ticket.

            that was my way to solve the issue.

            Yes please, this would be super handy. Have been wrestling with webhooks to trigger the transition, but not having much luck.
