Elasticsearch service fails to create in Windows when manually creating after an archive install

After installing Bitbucket Server from an archive file, the services are manually created using the "service.bat" files. The Bitbucket service installs successfully, but the Elasticsearch service fails to install. The script completes and says the install was successful, however no service exists, and attempting to start the service results in "The service name is invalid".

While running service.bat, the error "The system cannot find the file specified" is returned, though the script continues and completes.

The following output is returned from service.bat:
