Windows Elasticsearch service is running as incorrect user

      When installing Bitbucket Server 4.6.x on Windows, the Bitbucket Server service is installed with user .\atlbitbucket, whereas the Bitbucket Elasticsearch service is installed with user Local System. Both should be installed with the same user.
