If the Elasticsearch service is running, creating a support ZIP fails because it tries to include the atlbitbucket-elasticsearch-x64.pid file, which is locked by the process. I would assume this file is unnecessary for support purposes, and should be excluded from the ZIP creation.

The system generates an error and does not finish adding all the relevant components to the ZIP file.

Workaround

Restart the Elasticsearch service.
