Pull Request Search Omits Results with Spaces in the Name or Path

When using the search feature in pull requests, the results omit files and paths with spaces.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In a branch create a file named search1.txt.
2. Add the text "search this" to search1.txt.
3. Create a second file named search 5.txt,
4. Add the text "search this" to search 5.txt.
5. Create a pull request to merge this branch to another branch.
6. In the pull request, on the Diff tab, search for the word "search"

Expected Results:

Both files are returned.

Actual Results:

Only search1.txt is returned

• Search requests and results are not logged in debug logs.
