Bad error styling when navigating and file does not exist at ref

      Steps to reproduce (see attached video):

      1. Open file in source view
      2. Select Ref where file does not exist
      3. Refresh the page (already kind of broken now)
      4. Select Ref where the file does exist (completely broken now)

      Can be recovered from by refreshing the page.

            This issue is fixed as part of BSERV-7389 where using a ref selector on the file browser or source view could get you in a bad state, it now instead redirects so you end up on the correct view.
