Open tasks in top right can be incorrect (frontend JS update)

      If you click create task, do not enter any text, then edit and save the associated comment, the number of open tasks in the top right increases without an associated new task. This can be done repeatedly (i.e. the 'open tasks' can increase indefinitely) - my page currently reports 7 open tasks, even though there are only 2 in reality.

            In summary:
            1. Opening the task form increments the number (even though the task isn't created yet)
            2. Editing the parent comment removes the task form fro the page, and when you Save the comment, the task form is gone forever (and the premature increment isn't reverted along with it).
