When I create a branch from a Jira issue, there is a 50 characters limitation on branch-name field. Our issues summary fields are quite longer then 40-50 characters and we really need to increase the branch-name maxlength parameter.

Please advise us about this inconvenient.
Is this restricted value defined in the code (hardcoded)? Or is it in the DB? Can it be change?
