Environment * Any BBS or Stash release h3. Steps to Reproduce # Install Bitbucket Server # Connect it to PostgreSQL 9.5.2 for example (unsupported in 4.4.2 at the time this issue was created) # Connect with a user that has ADMIN [Global Permissions|https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/global-permissions-776640369.html] # User will see a banner saying: {noformat} Support for PostgreSQL 9.5.2 is not tested and may be broken without notice. {noformat} h3. Expected Results Only users with SYSADMIN [Global Permission|https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/global-permissions-776640369.html] should see such message as ADMIN users can't migrate databases. h3. Actual Results As it stands, ADMIN [Global Permission|https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/global-permissions-776640369.html] users still see the message.   h3.Workaround No workaround is currently available.
