      Summary

      User with ADMIN and SYSADMIN Global permissions sees banner about incompatible database.

      Support for PostgreSQL 9.5.2 is not tested and may be broken without notice.

      Environment

      • Any BBS or Stash release

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Bitbucket Server
      2. Connect it to PostgreSQL 9.5.2 for example (unsupported in 4.4.2 at the time this issue was created)
      3. Connect with a user that has ADMIN Global Permissions
      4. User will see a banner saying: 
        Support for PostgreSQL 9.5.2 is not tested and may be broken without notice.

      Expected Results

      Only users with SYSADMIN Global Permission should see such message as ADMIN users can't migrate databases.

      Actual Results

      As it stands, ADMIN Global Permission users still see the message.

      Workaround

      No workaround is currently available.
