Summary

CAPTCHA image is not displayed with Internet Explorer 11/Edge

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using IE 11, attempt to login with a user until a CAPTCHA is required
2. When triggered, the CAPTCHA image does not load in IE 11 or Edge

Expected Results

CAPTCHA image loads in IE 11

Actual Results

CAPTCHA image is not displayed

Notes

Attempted tweak several settings in IE11 such as:

• Reset IE11 Settings
• Changing Security Levels to Low in the "Security" Option
• Changing some settings in "Advanced" Option

Workaround

Use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox to get complete the CAPTCHA process
