We are working with many small repos in a single Stash project and would like to apply similar hooks and permissions to each without manually going through them.

For e.g., we would like [checking that a commit message references a JIRA] to happen for each repo in a Stash project.

We haven't found a way to do this. Is this already supported? If not, are there any plans to add this?
