Show more context in task list

As a PR creator, the main reason I visit Bitbucket is to see what changes I need to make to my PR. I think tasks are a great way to achieve that but there are a number of problems which make tasks difficult to use.

Viewing the incomplete task list on a PR is hidden behind a dialogue, without the vital comment context. The alternative is scrolling through your PR activity or Diff to find comments and tasks but this is very cumbersome.
