      File comments can be retrieved from
      /rest/api/1.0/projects/{projectKey}/repos/{repositorySlug}/pull-requests/{pullRequestId}/comments

      But to get general comments, you must currently request activities and filter them down. A first-class general comment REST API would make this simpler for developers.
