Diff view should provide visual cue that there are old comments that have been hidden due to new commits on the file

    Description

      The diff view doesn't show any cues that there are any "hidden" comments on the diff when there are commits that removed the lines those comments were made on. Perhaps have a button to show those hidden comments somewhere in the toolbar?
