Add related PR information and branch actions to branch compare page

      1. Whether it has been merged via a Pull Request (and a link to that Pull Request). Perhaps on a third tab for merges
      2. All of the items available from the branch list's (https://stash.XXXX.com/projects/XXXXX/repos/XXXX/branches) Actions menu:
      • Copy branch name
      • Edit Permissions
      • Delete

      As branches are the unit of work in Stash (vs. the commit in Gerrit, for example), branches should have more of a home page with current status and actions (rather than having to go back to the Branches List to do actions)
