Add Auto-Unapprove plugin for Bitbucket Cloud version

      The Auto-Unapprove Plugin was created and made available almost 3 years ago for installed versions of Bitbucket, but is not available for the Cloud version where we need it. Please make this available for the Cloud version of Bitbucket!
