I know many companies who are looking for Smart comments. (Like smart commits) they want to be able to refer to the GIT commit from the comment section. Since this was the typical workflow when working with SVN repositories. (Most often the need is caused by mistakes in commit phase) (or simply missing the commit message all together) The current system is not very error/mistake friendly.
