Commit comments where introduced in the release v2.11. In my opinion it is a good feature to
start discussions and get feedback before a Pull Request is opened. When a Pull Request is created, comments added in the Diff tab and/or file level are added to the Overview tab. I think that it would be nice to add comments included in commits in the Overview as well, so every single comment related to the code that is going to be reviewed can be checked from the same place, the overview tab and the reviewer doesn't have to move to the commit tab. I think that It would be useful for reviewers to have all this information in the same place helping them to save time when reviewing code.
