Allow default branch name to be configurable on the Create Branch integration with Jira

    Description

      When you click the Create Branch link in Jira, the following parameters are sent to BitBucket:

      issueKey
      issueType
      issueSummary

      BitBucket uses the issueKey and the issueSummary to create a default branch name

      {issueKey}-{issueSummary with spaces replaced with dashes}.

      Our standard is to use just the Jira Issue Key. It would be great if this behavior was configurable so I could select something like just {issueKey}
