The pull requests panel shows two tabs: Reviewing and Created. Once you have approved a pull request it becomes harder to find again. You need to navigate to each project you might have a pull request open for, and look through all of the open pull requests there.

It would be great if we had a third tab to show Approved pull requests that haven't been merged yet. This way if we want to wait for a second approval we don't lose track of the pull requests we're responsible for.
