Remove repositories of deleted users

• Sys.Admin have removed users from the Bitbucket Server, then yet the Sys.Admin able to visit the deleted users private repositories from the URL.

Suggested Solution

• Enable option where the Sys.Admin is able to remove the repositories of a user when deleting a user account.
