Summary

Auto-merge toggle can incorrectly be in disabled state in the UI.This is a regression of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-5468.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Branching Model page for a repository with default settings
2. Deselect the Release branch checkbox. "Enable automatic merging" becomes disabled as expected (as neither condition for auto-merging is met).
3. Now select a Production branch the "Enable automatic merging" checkbox

Expected Results

"Enable automatic merging" checkbox should be enabled.

Actual Results

"Enable automatic merging" checkbox remains disabled

Workaround

You can re-enable by toggling the Release checkbox on and back off again.
