For some of our users the tooltips keep popping up.
An example:
When such a user opens a repository and goes to the branches section next tooltip pops-up:
_"Base branch

Select a different branch to compare how many commits ahead or behind specific branches are relative to the base branch."_

This user can press on "Close", but the next time he will open the branch section again, the pop-up will appear again. Same for other tooltips.

We have tested this for different users on the same system / same browser. Some users have this problem, other users don't.
